Assignment of
Patents
Inventor
or discoverer is authorized to assign or transfer the patent and any
legal interest in it to a third party. A patent can also be consigned
through inheritance.
Requirements for
the assignment of a patent are:
- A
power of attorney signed by the
assignee certified and legalized by the Iranian Consulate.
- A deed of
assignment certified and legalized by the Iranian Consulate.
- Certificate of the granted Iranian patent
for endorsement.
