Assignment of
Trademarks
For
taking legal effect, assignment and licensing of a trademark should be
registered and recorded.
Requirements for recordal of an assignment are:

A
power of attorney signed by the
assignee certified and
legalized by the Iranian Consulate. -
A deed of assignment certified and legalized
by the Iranian Consulate.

Valid Iranian certificate of
trademark registration or renewal for endorsement.
