Change
of Name of Trademark Owner
In
order to guarantee continued legal protection, every changes and
modifications should be formally registered.
Requirements
for the recordal of change of name are:
- A
power of attorney
certified and legalized by the Iranian Consulate.
- Change of name document certified and legalized by the Iranian Consulate.
- Valid Iranian Certificate of Trademark Registration or Renewal for
endorsement.

Change
of the Mark or Classification
Proprietor
of a trademark has the legal right to change the mark itself or the
classification it refers to. In order to guarantee continued
legal protection, every changes and modifications should be formally
registered.

power of attorney certified and
legalized by the Iranian Consulate.

Certified copy of change of mark or classification document.

Valid Iranian Certificate of Trademark Registration or Renewal for
endorsement.

Changes of the mark itself requires ten samples of the new mark.
