Recordal
of Licensing
Any
trademark owner has the right to license their trademark to other
parties on agreed terms and conditions.
License
would be recorded on the presentation of the following documents:
1)
Licensing Agreement signed by both parties, notarized and then legalized
by the Iranian consulate.
2)
A
power of attorney from the Licenser and Licensee, notarized and then
legalized by the Iranian consulate.
3) Valid Iranian Certificate of Registration for endorsement of the
Licensing Agreement.
