4 Renewal of Trademarks

A trademark may be renewed for every 10 years from the date of the original application or from six months before expiration date and there is a six month grace period after the expiration date.

The required documents for renewal of a trademark are:

1. A power of attorney certified and legalized by the Iranian Consulate.
2. A copy of the Iranian Certificate of Registration or Renewal.
